Dunkin' - New Rochelle

Food is great. Its a shame that they try their hardest to get the order all WRONG. Id be over reacting if it was just one day, but its over the course of 3 days. How do you mess up Cold and Hot? you would think they would hire people with the basic senseof Touch.

I would give this Dunkin' zero stars if I could. The service here is terrible. I placed a mobile order and waited for half an hour for two grilled cheese sandwiches. Despite reminding them three times, they continued to serve customers who hadn’t ordered through the app. The whole point of using mobile ordering is to get your food quickly. The employees are also extremely rude, and they often make my drinks incorrectly. There’s always an issue when I come here. If you’re in New Rochelle, I highly recommend going to the Dunkin' near Land Road instead.

Bit of a language barrier but donuts and coffee were good.

I ask for chicken and bacon croissant stuffing, instead I have a bacon egg and I can be on a croissant. these people do not know how to read at all

There weren't straws available for our smoothie and the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered to get us a straw that wouldn't sink into our drink. As the only customers at the time, I would have expected a bit more courtesy.
