Terrible customer service. Ordered food to go and was given the wrong order. Nearly impossible to reach by phone and extremely unhelpful when that eventually happens.Would give 0 stars

Food was distasteful. The calamari was dry and they just provided packets of tarter sauce and ketchup. The Empanadas are a NO! Chicken was not seasoned. Definitely will not return.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. There was a misunderstanding over the phone which resulted in my order being incorrect. Despite traveling from the Bronx to New Rochelle to pick up my order, I had to return to the Bronx only to realize the mistake. When I explained the situation to the staff, they were very rude and unhelpful. It was clear that they did not care about resolving the issue.

We ordered aji de gallina, lomo saltado, and a tamal. The food arrived promptly, was well-packaged, had a good presentation, and tasted authentic Peruvian cuisine. We are excited to order from this restaurant again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE.Owner Staff are TERRIBLE. I should have known since this place had no wait and every other place had a two hour wait.We couldn’t finish our dinner because we were unsure of what we were eating nothing looked like what it said it was (I did distinguish a long piece of hair) There were also trash bags piled up inside the bathroom ,you can imagine the smell.I wouldn’t ever go here again!
