Bidra med feedbackThis used to be my favorite spot to enjoy a drink and a light meal while getting some work done. However, during my last couple of visits, I found that the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect on my computer (which works just fine at other coffee shops). When I asked one of the staff members about the issue, she simply replied, “Sorry, it just doesn’t like some people's laptops; there's nothing I can do.” It’s safe to say that they've lost my business—if a coffee shop can't provide reliable Wi-Fi for its customers, then it's not worth my time.
We ordered a wrap and 3 ingredients were omitted : avocado and cucumber (out of stock) ! We declined the goat cheese! The price was not changed, but I did suggest if we could get a break in the price of the 2 coffees! They said no! I don’t think I will be going back to that location! I feel like I was overcharged and under serviced!
Wonderful experience here every single time!! : definitely one of my favourite cafes in town. Melissa and Bruna are equally wonderful and perform very well under pressure. They are so kind, personable and friendly!! I will definitely be returning for the great service and clubhouse sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free sandwiches.
This charming countryside coffee shop stole my heart! I absolutely loved their customized coffee ccino – it was worth every penny. It's miles better than Starbucks or Tim Hortons. I can't wait to visit this café again. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is so cozy. I truly enjoyed my experience!
The girl that served me at the counter (with the glasses) was so rude. She was nice at first, I ordered a butter tart and paid however I accidentally said butter tart instead of a custard tart. When I told her I made this mistake and wanted to change the tart her demeanor completely changed and she was so rude, she rolled her eyes and looked like she wanted to cry. She also did not offer to refund me after I changed the order to a cheaper tart. I did not even mention the payment because she was giving such a hateful attitude already and I didn 't want to upset HER more. So I left with my custard tarts whilst paying for the butter tart. I also left feeling upset and confused after being so excited to try this place out for the first time. The food was great but I thought this service was completely unexpected and uncalled for. I even was polite and thanked her at the end and she just responded with goodbye . I never leave reviews like this, however as someone who works with other people that is not the way to treat customers who are being polite. It is very disrespectful, very disappointed.
