Subway - New Ulm

Horrible food. Bread tasted like I was eating a cookie spicy italian. Refused to replace or refund me back! Never again will I go to a subway owned by Amanda Marks. Update: 3 weeks and still waiting for a call from Amanda. Horrible owner!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Gave 4 stars only for the fact that there was only white and wheat bread 4 hours before closing.

The kids that were working made our sandwiches like a sloth ???? no ice in the ice machine and there were no lids out by the pop... so I had to ask for ice and lids. And there was no customers other than us in the store.

Not impressed! Ordered two sandwiches with veggies and mayo. Got meat and cheese, no veggies. Not condiments. Bread was hard as rock. Sodas we're a mix of diet something or other. Never going back.

We sat in the driveway for at least 15-20 minutes altogether. We contemplated driving away prior to paying. When we pulled up there was no one in the restaurant and there was 1 worker. After we sat and waited for first 10 minutes, customers showed up inthe store. Two more workers suddenly appeared and tended to the customers inside. The guy comes to the window and apologized andsaid the subs would be out shortly. Another 5-10 minutes. Super unfortunate experience. Not recommending this place to anyone.
