Bluefin Sushi - New Westminster

They make the best yam tempura roll I've ever had. They add a teriyaki sauce over it and a crunchy topping. Yum!!

Very picky when it comes to sushi, admittedly I have far too high of expectations of places, that said, this place blew me out of the water on food quality alone, lovely hole in the wall, they clearly care about the food they put out.

The lady tried to scam me. First time ordering here and when I went to pickup, noticed the total is way higher than what it was supposed to be. Almost $10 more. She fixes it but then proceeds to tell me 'I 'm so lucky ' to have my salmon for only $10 because the tuna is $20. So I just thanked her before leaving..but that 's what it was priced as, and don 't they know their own menu prices? So I guess she was trying to make up for her own pricing error by adding on a whole 30% tip for herself?! I may not have noticed if the amount was smaller which makes me wonder how many times she may have done this with other people.

Dropped in for takeout. On my way home from work their website states open till 9 PM. However, I was there at 7:45 PM. They had already closed for the evening when I walked in they were in no interest in helping me.

My wife and I were starving after a stay at RCH. Went out to grab sushi since it was close and priced reasonably. What a hidden gem! Delicious, fresh and generous portions! Worth a trip!
