This place is horrible- 0 star if I could___Oder was wrong crushed and bag ripped gravy and French fries cold and pop flat.

This location single handedly will ruin this company's nameThe staff is rude..quality of food is absolutely disgusting..the manager is arrogant.

I've had KFC for over 45 years from many locations. I've noticed it keeps getting worse and worse. Sometimes I crave their chicken and I drive thru this location and never am really 100% happy with my order. The restaurant doesn't look very clean or appealing and it definitely needs some sprucing up. It makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. Several times they haven't had the type of chicken for my order so I was given something else. The salads keep getting smaller and smaller, yet the prices keep going higher and higher. It's definitely not as flavourful as the KFC of years ago and the salads don't taste as natural as the processed versions of today that are probably full of chemicals.The service in this location is always SLOW!! Even when I've noticed no other customers, I've still had to wait a long time to get served. I'm not sure why the service is slow, but they really do need to speed things up here... and definitely clean it up!!! Colonel Sanders would probably roll over in his grave if he saw how the quality of the food and the environment has drastically diminished from the standards he created decades ago.

Yesterday my friend was craving for KFC; I am not a fan of it. But I did him this favor. We went to the KFC in uptown New Westminster. It was a quite small place with just 2 tables for seating. It was obviously not designed for sit-in customers. Almost all other fast-food restaurant I visited yet are by far better. The service was very slow; when I left more than 15 people were lining up. The next disappointment was the special offer of the day (2 chicken pieces with fries) was only available with spicy chicken. Later I realized that they still had some non-spicy chicken for that special, but with, what they called, “dark meat”. Anyways, we ordered that special and a BBQ Bacon Crispy Chicken Burger. The meat of the chicken in the burger tasted quite bland, not much chicken taste; also the bacon didn’t contribute significantly to it. It was just filling. The fries were ok; not crunchy but good in taste. And my friend liked his chicken pieces; they were visibly pretty juicy.In general, this store has a friendly but overwhelmed service. The food meets (my low) expectations.2.5 out of 5
