B Side - New York

I normally don’t write bad reviews but this is one of the first. Food was good but service was not. I went to b side for dinner tonight with my wife. We ordered the Killer bee and found a piece of plastic the size of a toothpick. Looked like it came from a packaging of some sort. Accidents happen and we understand that. But when we informed the waitress she simply apologized (non-apologetically) and walked away. You can tell when a person is sincere or not. She did not stop by our table once until we asked for the check. She was chatting with her colleague by the bar the entire time. Did not ask how our food was or if we wanted dessert. Didn’t apologize again for the incident. This is bad service/ restaurant business. Once again the food was good but the service and experience will NOT bring us back.

Hands down my favorite pizza place ever. Try the Carbonara pizza you won’t regret it. They have great beers and wine on tap and it’s a super cozy/rustic vibe. I always take out of towners here!

Been wanting to visit B Sides for a while now. Pizza: 6.7/10. I really wanted to write an outstanding review for this place but we waited 35+ minutes for two pizzas. No reason it should’ve taken that long. Be better B Sides.

TripAdvisor listing said they had vegan options. They don't. I don't generally expect a pizzeria to have vegan cheese, but if they say they do then they should. Simple really.
