El Nuevo Valle Seafood - New York

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and they forgot to include the rice and sweet plantains in my order. When the delivery driver returned, they brought back cold chicken and microwaved plantains.

Stay away from this restaurant at all costs. The staff is extremely rude and lacks any hospitality unless you speak Spanish or Dominican. Their attitude is disgusting and unfriendly. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They should be investigated and shut down.

The guy at the counter had a very nasty attitude. The girls were nice but the person who charged me was rude. Even after being rude I said thank you and he just looked at me like disgusted. Never going there again.
