Cashier had a friendly attitude and my drinks came out great!

Perfect example of how to ruin a fairly good brand with ignorant and rude employees. I was trying to let the staff member know she did not seem to be following the preparation instructions. It took me 3 attempts for her to even turn around and look at me. With a 4-word-long sentence she explained why she did not pay attention to the instructions. When she saw my disapproval, without any further discussion, she turned her back on me again and finished my order, disregarding anything I said/asked for. I kept talking to her, but she did not bother to face me anymore.It is truly shocking to see this kind of attitude in customer service. Just a gentle reminder to the management of Gong Cha: being able to prepare a milk tea does not make any staff a good one. Manner and basic respect towards customers does...

Just happened to be in the area and am craving for a bubble tea. This is definitely one of the best tea shop in the town! Please try yourself… and their service is also very good !
