Melt Shop - New York

The chicken sandwiches here are tasty, but the prices are steep. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 drinks, and a side of fries, and the total came to $60. It's pretty steep, and if we had all ordered fries, it would have easily been $75. It's a bit pricey for a fast food joint.

I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but today I was disappointed. The person preparing my salad was not wearing a mask and was talking loudly with a coworker while cutting my chicken cutlet, resulting in a poorly portioned meal. It ruined my lunch experience.

I must say that the staff at this restaurant is amazing. The food is also quite tasty, especially if you enjoy fried chicken and grilled cheese. However, I wasn't a fan of the burger. Nevertheless, the exceptional service from the staff really stood out. Before I even ordered at the self-service kiosk, the woman working there had our drinks prepared and brought to our table. When my kids didn't like the sauce on their burger, the staff kindly replaced their meals without hesitation. A truly wonderful dining experience thanks to the fantastic staff.

Fresh and hot food. Excellent and friendly from the entire staff.
