Bidra med feedbackThe out of control roll was out of this world, we ended up ordering another one! Service was good and they have an excellent variety of sushi. Was surprised it was so empty in there but was glad our party of 5 could be seated right away on a Saturday.
Sushi had way too much rice. The shrimp and crab weren't very flavorful. Service was decently fast and It's a casual place. I wouldn't go there again mainly based on the quality of sushi
This was BY FAR the worst sushi I’ve ever had in my life!! I ordered a Salmon Avocado roll and it had a terrible smell, unlike properly prepared sushi. The receptionist, Yan, was horrendously rude when I brought this to her attention and, after much back and forth, she eventually admitted that this restaurant regularly freezes and rethaws their fish. I’ll never patronize this nasty place ever again
TERRIBLE customer service. Yan at the front desk is honestly one of the rudest people I 've ever experienced at a restaurant. I 've been ordering from this place for almost a year, but sadly I will not be coming back, per Yan 's advice.I have never had an issue with the fish not being fresh until about a month ago. I called to inform them of this issue and they sent over a new order which was MUCH better. Very clearly different fish, so I decided to order from them again today. Once again the fish was not fresh and actually had a smell to it this time.I called the restaurant to inform them of this issue and they insisted on remaking it, but this time I was not comfortable with that. Smelly fish takes my sushi appetite away almost immediately. Yan refused to provide a refund and asked why I ordered from them again if it wasn 't fresh last time and she insisted that I was the only person with this issue and proceeded to hang up.I then actually went to the location in person after being hung up on so they could see/smell the fish in person. Yan pointed me to the chef who proceeded to tell me that the fish had been frozen and was not fresh from that day. He let Yan know that she could proceed with the refund.Despite this, Yan refused to give me a refund, insisted that I needed to call the following day to speak to manager, but could provide no confirmation that I would be getting a refund for the food that I did not eat.When I offered Yan some feedback on her customer service etiquette she responded I don 't need feedback and once again urged me not to come back to the restaurant. I have taken her advice and will not be returning.
We ordered delivery from this restaurant and although the fish tasted fresh, everything seemed to be very bland. We started with the spicy tuna crispy rice and the potion size was very generous for $10. However, it didn't have much flavor and I probably wouldn't get it again. I then got the sushi dinner which came with 9 pieces of sushi and one tuna roll. Again, the fish was fresh but there was not much flavor. Each piece of fish tasted the same. I got spicy Mayo on the side and it more so tasted like just plain Mayo. This is possibly why the spicy tuna with crispy rice didn't have much flavor. We also got individual pieces of wasabi tobiko and scallop sushi and these were probably my favorite items out of the whole meal.
