Ramen Takumi - New York

I was the only Black customer in the restaurant, and after ordering my food, it was never brought to me. When I noticed that other customers who arrived after me were already being served, I asked the staff about the status of my order. The employee didn't have an explanation and didn’t offer any apology. I would not recommend going to this restaurant.

They really need to bring back the eel bun! Also, as a loyal customer who visits three times a month and always leaves a generous tip, I was disappointed by an experience I had recently. One evening, I didn’t leave a tip after dinner, and they made a big scene in front of other customers. This is not the way to treat loyal patrons, especially those who spend money at your establishment. The food is good, but that experience really left a bad impression.

Waited more than 10 minutes for water. Place wasn’t busy at all on a rainy day. Shiyo tonkatsu was bland.

Nice space. service is really fast and efficient. prices are also super reasonable for the neighborhood and there’s no wait during the week im assuming. the broth isn’t as rich as some other spots but it was still deep in flavor. karage was pretty

Delicious well spiced tasty ramen with fine service. My wife’s spicy chicken ramen also excellent. Good AC on a hot and humid NY summer day.
