Red Lobster - New York

The hostess was unpleasant and we were not seated for almost 2 hours when there were plenty of servers and open seats. Many people that came in after us were seated before us. Our waiter was pretty nice. My wife’s steak came out almost raw. Not thrilled with my dining experience

I went here a week or so ago with some of my family. I called ahead and was told we could be put on a call ahead list and that they had 15 mins of a wait, which was fine since we were about 15 mins away. Once we got there it took another 20 mins at least until we were sat. I understand that they were short staffed but I noticed that half of the workers were running around while the other half seemed to just sit around. Our waiter was nice, but clearly overworked. Management must tell staff to completely ignore pickup orders because I stood waiting for 10 minutes before the dedicated takeout person acknowledged me. Then my order wasn't ready until 18 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready. And to top it off, the order was messed up. How do you not include fries in the fish chips?! Our waitress Wendy and the manager Alex made sure that my family and I had a great experience. They went above and beyond and my Aunts birthday celebration was made special. I definitely recommend this location. Food was great as well!

Something changed with this Red Lobster and my goodness what a lovely experience!! Alex, the manager, and Katie, our serve, were a pleasure (even when we came in super late). Highly recommend seafood lovers stop in!
