The food was exquisite, from the main course to dessert. The ambiance was beautiful, elegant, and classy. Our server, Javier, provided outstanding service to my husband and me. It’s a five-star experience all the way!

The restaurant was significantly overpriced for what it offered. While the ambiance was nice, it felt disorganized. Despite having made a reservation, they were unprepared for our arrival and had to rearrange furniture.

The food we had was decent, but the service left much to be desired. Considering the price we paid for our meal, we were quite disappointed. We could have received better food and far superior service at Applebee's.

What self respecting restaurant only serves Medium Well Prime Rib? The inability to accommodate patrons wishes and then say sorry we are a hotel bar and have a small kitchen is why I don’t eat at hotel restaurants. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here

We waited 90 min for our food on Christmas only to have 3 of the 5 dishes served cold and one served incorrectly. Although the server and manager were apologizing and offering to remake the food by this time it was 9:30 PM and we were not about to wait another 30+ min for another round of food. It’s a shame our Christmas dinner was ruined after spending 3 years planning and waiting for our first trip to NYC.
