Sofia Pizza Shoppe - New York

The classic pizza image shows pepperoni, but we received just cheese. We added onions and ended up with only onions on the pizza. When we called the store for help, they were unhelpful and simply said they had never encountered that issue before.

The picture of the grandma pizza is very misleading. In the menu photos, it appears to be covered in pepperoni, but when it arrived, there were none at all. Please avoid using misleading images.

The pizza was tasty; however, the restaurant didn't adhere to the special instructions I provided, despite my call to confirm that they had received them.

My son has a dairy allergy, and I really appreciated how they took special care to clean the surfaces. They made the red pizza with pepperoni for him. Thank you so much!

I usually stick to pepperoni pizza, but the seasonal option caught my eye. It featured hot honey, vodka sauce, two types of cheese (fresh mozzarella), caramelized onions, and pepperoni. The restaurant was a cozy little shop with three stools positioned at an open window. The service was exceptionally friendly. As a New Yorker, I was quite impressed. I'll definitely make an effort to return.
