Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York City

Chipotle is the worst! I will never return. Initially, there was no staff to take my order, except for a guy who seemed oblivious to my frustration. After a few minutes, a worker finally appeared and was incredibly rude. I have eaten at Chipotle many times before and have never experienced this type of service.

This location is the absolute worst, which is funny because a much better one is two blocks away on 52nd Street. The extra walk is worth it. The staff here are rude, serving the smallest portions from neighboring places and acting like they are offended when asked for more. Items are frequently lost. This place used to be great about five years ago, but the current manager is garbage. Avoid at all costs and head to the restaurant on 52nd Street where they actually give you enough food to survive.

The restaurant was clean, quick, and delicious. It is your typical Chipotle location. The staff was friendly, the food tasted good, and the restaurant was well-kept.

Everything was great – good service, friendly staff, very clean environment and eating was fresh and on par for what they would expect in a chipotle.

They charged me $3 extra for guacamole it was barely a spoonful
