Bidra med feedbackThe meals that you do receive are consistently delicious, but I have frequently experienced them being out of certain items, particularly guacamole. While it is understandable for this to happen occasionally with freshly made food, the frequency suggests there may be a management issue at play.
The management of this restaurant has been extremely poor and disorganized in recent months. Online pick-up orders are consistently delayed and often misplaced. During my visit today, I had to wait 20 minutes before notifying the staff of my order at the register. While staffing may be an issue, other Chipotles in NYC do not have such severe problems. It seems that the management of this particular location is at fault. Despite being a regular customer for years, this will be my last visit to this establishment.
I placed an order for pick up using the app, but when I arrived, a team member gave me a DoorDash order that was not mine. The manager insisted that was all they had and told me to take it or leave it. The customer service was terrible, and I was charged $23 for a meal I never received. I will not be returning to Chipotle again.
Definitely stay away from this location. My delivery/pickup orders are wrong 100% of the time. I?m actually past being angry, it?s just an impressive level of mediocrity at this point.
On the evening of March 3rd, 2022 I go on my break from working long hours at the hospital across the street from this Chipotle to have a late dinner in peace. I sit with my food at one of the tables, minding my own business, eating my food. At 10 pm the cashier working that evening approaches me in a rude demeanor, tapping my shoulder and says ?we?re closed? and didn?t even start with an apology that would?ve been more understanding due to the fact that it was closing time, but her approach was unacceptable. She didn?t have the minor decency to let me eat my food in peace while they cleaned. I will never return to this location to have a meal if the staff is going to be rushing people out and rudely interrupt their dinner. Please give your staff better training especially the employee that was working the cashier this evening. ?STAY AWAY? Good night from a health care worker who works longs hours. This was unexpected.
