Sooo many beers… you need to check this place out. All the vibes. The food looks amazing too!

Hands down, the best beer joint in Midtown and Lower Manhattan. Angel is what really makes this place stand out. I’m so glad it has been around for five years and counting. The food is excellent as well. Not sure I understand the complaints on the corkage fee—it is one of the lowest around. Obviously no corkage fee on draft pours. Highly recommend for any beer lover out there. Come for lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: City Beer has a vegetarian section on the menu that is excellent.

Great place with huge selection of beers. Service impeccable and accommodating. Got a few beers from the draft menu while selecting the togo beers. Highly recommended

All love and service here. I was in town for a few days for a conference and I initially came in to buy a couple cans to go, but I went back a 3 days later when the conference was over to get a couple pints and I had the best dog of my life. It's the hot diggity dog on the menu. Angel, the owner or manager, is a great guy. I'd definitely stop in next time I'm in NY. Great hospitality from all staff, good food, environment, and beer selection.
