Dunkin' - New York City

The woman who prepared my bagel got my order wrong. When the cashier tried to explain the mistake, she rolled her eyes at both the cashier and me. After she finally made my order, she practically slammed it into my hand and had the audacity to say, "Here’s your bagel," with an awful attitude. She was incredibly rude. I believe she’s the short white girl who makes the bagels. Next time, I’ll walk a bit further to find another place. I don’t want to deal with that kind of attitude so early in the morning.

I had the worst experience with their signature latte—it's honestly the worst coffee I've ever had at Dunkin'. It felt like a complete waste of money. I don't see how they can even call these "signature lattes" when they're priced at $5.

How do I know this? Because I end up with severe stomach issues after drinking it. I know that I can handle black coffee just fine, so the coffee itself isn’t the issue. If there’s some dairy in the flavored syrup, it’s not enough to upset my stomach unless there's a significant amount, which isn’t likely since Dunkin' isn’t known for being overly generous. The only possible explanations left are that (1) they are unsanitary and giving me food poisoning or (2) they are scamming me out of the almond milk. This isn’t just a one-time occurrence; it has happened five times now. Foolishly, I kept giving this location multiple chances because it’s conveniently close to my workplace, but each time turned out to be a mistake. Every time I order drinks here, they shortchange me on almond milk and substitute it with regular milk, which essentially poisons me. I’m left with intense stomach cramps that last for hours, only to resolve in me having to make an unfortunate dash to the bathroom at work. I apologize to my colleagues for this. Direct your frustrations at this Dunkin' for charging me for almond milk but not delivering it. If you have any food allergies or follow a vegan diet and request almond milk, be warned that they might sneak in cow's milk but still charge you for the almond option. What a scam.

How can you make coffee so good for consecutive weeks and months. I come to this Dunkin Donuts almost everyday but they make my coffee the way I want. Customer service is awesome. Even if it’s busy they are really fast to get your coffee right away. Big up to Fatema and her team. She’s awesome. Nothing feels better when you have a cup of coffee…..made in the away you want it. ?

Nice and roomy location. Window seating which is nice- directly across from fed reserve, just off maiden to the south. Easy to miss, as the street is more like a wide alley. Plus the guy gave me extra munchkins, and extra whip cream on my hot choc PSA: if ever I was to work at a Dunkin, it would just be a GIVEN, that EVERYONE GETS EXTRA MUNCHKINS EVERY TIME!!!!
