Five Guys - New York City

To be on 34th st, this 5 guys moves quick. My order came out to perfection and the staff was super cool. The atmosphere is like any other 5 guys.

Previously very good. the workers are very disorganized. they were made of (cooked) speck and overcooked my burger while making new speck. it was dry. the serviette dispenser was completely empty and I had to put him in the counter. the place is a chaos. Apparently, they have removed the odours that were an attraction. I think I'm done with this place. really more k3a star and a half, but I will be generous with two.

Really the best burger in nyc. do not forget to try it at each of the stalls.

Needs better management. I waited 15 minutes for a milkshake (that was my whole order 1 milkshake) because the person working the register is also the milkshake person. She was dealing with a disgruntled customer that had to make corrections to a large order. This customer was very needy and her tone was passive aggressive towards her. I applaud the woman working the register for her patience, but she should have asked for support from her coworkers. Likewise, three four of her coworkers stood by chatting (it wasn't busy at all) while she listened to the customer and made corrections to this ladies order instead of my milkshake.
