Kingston Kosher Falafel - New York City

I discovered a roach in my meal after sharing it with my husband. They only offered me $11 off my next order. I won’t be coming back here again. Please be careful if you decide to eat here.

This restaurant has a troubling habit of not answering the phone. I placed an order through Seamless twice, and both times my order was significantly delayed. I tried calling multiple times to inquire about my order, but no one ever picked up. As a result, I had to contact Grubhub to cancel my order and request a refund on both occasions. I used to order from this restaurant regularly, but after experiencing this situation twice in a row, I won’t be placing any more orders here. I’d prefer to support a business that has enough respect for its customers to answer their calls.

I recently visited this restaurant on a busy Friday afternoon, and I was quite disappointed with the situation at the cashier's station. The place was packed, and the line stretched nearly to the entrance. I noticed a man who looked to be around 50 years old, clearly Jewish, who stepped in and positioned himself right behind the first person in line. As soon as that person placed their order, the man cut in front and began to place his own order. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he simply told me that the man had been there before. This experience left a sour taste for me, and I’m unsure if I will return.

WARNING! This restaurant is NOT KOSHER! I'm unsure why it has a kosher label, but it should be taken down immediately! This is misleading and could lead unsuspecting customers to violate their beliefs. There is another kosher restaurant called Kingston Pizza, but THIS is NOT the one—it is not listed on this app!

Complete order was wrong. Asked for large pie with xtra cheese and 1/2 chicken and 1/2 mushrooms , got 1 medium pie with chicken a mushroom on entire pie. One of my children is allergic to mushrooms. Got 2 chicken parm sandwiches instead of 2 chicken rolls. Will never use them again.
