Good coffee but no seating to speak of. It’s for carry-out.

Rude service , i don’t know if they changed the croissant also but the croissant and the almond croissant were dry.

I love this coffee and have been several times in the ones in Philly. This is my first time trying it here in NYC. I was excited to come here...I asked and have been told latte coffee is served in one size cup but if I want a large one, I am welcome to go to Starbucks across the street. I look shocked at the cashier, Julia, and said: Did you really just sent me to Starbucks!?I 'm coming here to buy a coffee and you send me to your competitor!? Just to clarify- I didn 't ask or mention where else I can get a coffee at any point!I got my coffee 2/3 full. I had to ask the barista twice to fill up my cup all the way! Friendly advices to management:1. Having your employee sending your customers to your competitor on his/her own, without me saying or mentioning anything, is a BIG NO NO. 2. If you sell 12oz coffee and you charge a full price, fill up the damn cup all the way and don 't make me fill I need to beg for a bit more milk.

Went for an overpriced iced coffee. Nothing crazy. Just very overpriced! It was even a bit awkward with a younger staff talking to each other behind the counter while clients were waiting in line. Put some music, make it a bit less challenging to get overpriced coffee ?Food: 2/5

Tried the iced draft latte and it was good, but i barely had any coffee, it was mostly ice… not worth the high price point since it was just ice.Food: 3/5
