Bidra med feedbackI had a little difficulty find the entrance, but once I did, all was good ???????? it's upstairs from the Beer Garden. I was served by Jim; very professional and friendly. He was very quick to take my order, refill my water and take away anything I finished eating. I had the lobster taco for an appetizer, the lychee rosé as my drink, and the Shinka Tonkotsu as my entree. Everything was delicious~ The lobster meat of the taco was fresh and the crunchy crust was fun to bite
The ramen here is absolutely phenomenal and honestly one of the best ramen I?ve ever had in NYC. We got the bone marrow and spicy tonkotsu ramen, both were incredible. The flavor of the broth explodes in your mouth, and the bone marrow was super rich and savory. I cant wait to come back.
Takoyaki has 6 balls and had barely any octopus in it. Nicely crisp and good flavor but the insides were a bit gooey and very soft almost as if it were undercooked. We also got the Shinka Tonkotsu Ramen and Beef Bone Marrow Gyukotsu ramen. IMO the tonkotsu ramen was better, just more flavorful. The bone marrow just tasted salty ???? FYI Shinka and Beer Garden share a kitchen downstairs so wait time was extremely long? they also are probably understaffed so wait time for food
I love eating ramen and this is probably my favorite bowl in nyc! I had the beef bone marrow ramen and the flavor was excellent. The broth had a nice hint of garlic to it and overall was aromatic. The noodles were straight and perfect texture too. The beef brisket was plenty and super tender. My favorite part of this bowl is the bone marrow. So good!
The beef ramen is very good and exactly what I want on a cold night. I would also recommend the crispy fries. The wings were average in my opinion but I really enjoyed the ramen with the fries. The place is nice and quiet. The service was good the server made sure we got what we wanted. I liked the ambiance in the restaurant and would like to return in the future.
