This Starbucks is so unprofessional. I understand that there are many orders due to the students from Baruch, but they always get my coffee wrong always. The staff is extremely rude and I've had one employee even laugh at my order? The music is always extremely loud making it impossible to carry a conversation. You'd be better off going to the Starbucks on 23rd and Park.

I like this starbucks a lot the only downside is it can get quite busy. I actually downloaded yelp just so i could say how nice all the workers were. Today, I asked the girl taking my order for advice on a drink, and she said she loved it. I immediately trusted her and i'm glad I did! She recommended my new favorite drink. The service here is great, even when its busy and customers are rude I've always been greeted by them with a smile. Good Starbucks location!

The staff at this location demonstrate a troubling lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their strange and unfriendly way of greeting customers is unsettling and falls short of the standards typically found in respected establishments. It's unfortunate to experience such rudeness here, especially when compared to other Starbucks locations, where friendly and respectful interactions are the standard.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. While the customers were friendly, I found the staff to be quite rude. Additionally, the music they played didn't fit the atmosphere I was expecting. Overall, I wish I could give this place a lower rating.
