I ordered a salad from Grubhub and it was disappointing. The salad was mostly lettuce with just one piece of chicken, a few tomatoes, and hardly any beets or cheese. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when I tried to order a salad for dinner. The staff, particularly Derrick, was not very helpful or attentive. Despite it being only 7:30 pm, Derrick seemed unprepared and took a long time to prepare a simple salad. When I asked for two of the same salad, he made one portion much larger than the other. I felt like I was being overcharged for poorly portioned greens. It was clear that Derrick lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail when preparing the salads. He even forgot to include the limes that were supposed to come with the salads. I will be looking for a new sweetgreens location in the future, as Derrick's inability to properly prepare a salad ruined my dining experience. I expect better quality and service when paying $16 for a salad.
