West Place - New York City

The atmosphere was a bit underwhelming, but the food was excellent. I wasn't particularly impressed with the ambiance, especially since one of the staff members was quite distracted, chatting in what I assume was Chinese with a customer during my entire visit. However, for $5.25, I got a small order of beef lo mein that was prepared in about five minutes, which definitely makes me want to return and try other dishes. I also noticed several seafood options on the menu, including lobster. The dumplings that someone else ordered looked fantastic!

Good average takeout, super super fast delivery! Gave us free drinks as well. Exactly what we wanted :

I was just passing by the neighborhood. I’m a cab driver and was kind of hungry. Just stopped in to get a quick bite to eat for $10. You get rice for three sides of water soda. It was worth every bit of money. Excellent excellent.

They offer delicious and reasonably priced lunches from Monday to Friday, available from 11 AM to 2 PM, and the service is incredibly friendly. I really love this place and will definitely be returning!

They charged me $29.47 for my pick-up order, which included a General Tso Lunch Special ($10.95) and Pepper Steak with Onions ($9.25). The math doesn’t add up, and their receipts aren't itemized. I understand that times are tough, but even with the free can of Coke and egg roll included in the picture, it still feels like I was overcharged.
