The Chowder House - New York Mills

My waitress was super sweet and amazing, but this is where the good stuffs. the food was tasteless. I ordered the mush that tasted like flour and nothing else, and I also ordered the scallops, garnel and haddock, which was in a cream garlic sauce that was watered down. I've got 3 clogged with my meal. for $29 not worth it. I'm from colorado, so I was excited to get real, fresh seafood.

I haven't been here for years. they had a good amount. the waiting time wasn't long to take place. the atmosphere was beautiful and the food was delicious. we all had the fish with sweet potato frits. her adorable honey-raseberry tea was the key to me! it tasted so good. our waitress was excellent! great kodus to her, I didn't catch her name, but she had a red splash in her hair! She was very fast, professional funny what a culinary experience made fantastic!

Not impressed. first waited a few minutes when we came in before someone acknowledged us and wanted to sit down. chowder had no taste except flour. beer bestreut fish and garnel had no taste either. for a substitution for French pommes and was offered kartoffeln or reis. a table opposite of us was apparently able to order from the lunch menu, and they received the possibility of mais on the cob. we have an option for mixed vegetables for an additional $1.50 they were from a frozen mix and zero season. I'm from florida. Maybe we're seasonal the other way, and I have much higher expectations than this location could stand up.

Excellent food and prices. the owner and his personal are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The chowder house, Is a restaurant nestled between between Utica, New York Mills and New Hartford. What can you say, It's only open Thursday through Saturday with a fine menu of seafood and other delicacies. Of course Friday night fish fries are always popular here, But there are many other Deluctable items on the menu....
