Kfc - Newalla

Crispy chicken sandwich was excellent. Well cooked, moist, tasty, with potatoes gravy as a side dish. Highly recommend!

This location is the worst. Made ordered and paid online but they couldn't find it even though I showed proof. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Gave them another shot and went back and ordered 3 piece meal....only got two! Like they really hate their job and don't care.

It's been a while since I've been to KFC so it was a little more pricey than I remembered but the service was good and the food was really good. Everything was fresh and hot.

Ordered 5 meals around 50$. We live down the street. When we got home not even 5 minutes away, chicken is old and you can tell it has been sitting hard biscuits, Mac and cheese was not warm. Fries were hard chicken sandwiches were not warm... funny how I only expect things at a warm temp. Bc I use to be a manager at KFC and to receive old food is ridiculous knowing you have a time to toss the timely expired food that is the in warmers and make fresh.. I don't understand why people are so lazy. If you don't like your job just leave. Only thing I can think is someone was worried about production cost, not thinking how in the long run selling old food definitely won't bring paying customers back. Someone needs more training as a manager. GOOD LUCK!
