Dunkin' - Newark

DONUTS ARE GOOD IN HERE BUT I DONT LIKE THEIR SERVICES ITS SO POOR .

I asked to use the bathroom after making a purchase, but they wouldn't let me, citing some kind of policy. I won't be returning. The coffee and doughnut were good, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and my spinach bowl was prepared with something unpleasant sticking to it. The taste was unappetizing, and it seemed like the young lady in the kitchen didn’t care about whether customers enjoyed their food. I won’t be returning.

I used to love Dunkin' Donuts, but when I found out that they no longer prepare their food on-site and that the items are delivered by truck instead of being freshly made, I stopped going. The coffee is still great, but I'm fine with skipping it. That's just my opinion.

I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The customer service was excellent, and everything was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere is pleasant, making it a nice place to visit. Additionally, convenient restroom access and metered parking are available. Overall, it's a great spot to grab a quick bite!
