Kfc - Newark

Ordered 2 meals and they forgot the sides with the first meal. The Pepsi was disgusting. This KFC should just close down. The people who work at this location don't want to be there. They get 5 customers and they can't function properly. Don't wasteyour time, I will just go to Popeyes from now on. Tired of giving garbage restaurants my money because they are close to me.

I had a disappointing experience at a KFC on today's date 10/12/22 at 9:30 pm. The workers were rude and seemed disinterested in serving customers. They informed me that they were closing at 10 pm because it was a weekday. To my dismay, they had run out of fries because they had already shut off their deep fryers, despite the fact that they are supposed to be open until 11 pm. The only options available were dark meat, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location again. Be cautious.

Just received my KFC order from UberEats and didn't receive anything I ordered. They gave me a box of chicken instead of the 3 chicken sandwiches and 2 chicken littles with fries that I had ordered. As soon as it was handed to me, I knew it wasn't what I ordered and the driver couldn't do anything about it. I don't care if you're busy or not, just keep doing your orders and do them right because we are spending more money when we order from DoorDash, UberEats, etc.

The drinks they serve are basically just water, the staff is unfriendly, and all of the chicken was undercooked. The large fries were mixed in with the small ones and everything was horrible except for the mac and cheese, which was the only edible item in the entire meal.
