Nova Alianca Bakery - Newark

This Portuguese bakery is the best and freshest around. They serve excellent coffee, espresso, and galão. The hot table buffet offers a variety of dishes, including fish, cozida portuguesa, rice and beans, febras, sardines, fresh fruit, and salad. Don Antonio is truly the best.

This bakery does not have any parking signs, and one of its customers was so drunk that she parked in a way that prevented others from leaving. When asked to move her car, she became aggressive and threatened violence. The supposed owner of the bakery defended her actions and told us to wait for others to move their cars before we could leave. He even threatened to call the police on me if I didn't stop demanding that the other customer move her car. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy coffee and some delicious Portuguese egg tarts.

Finally I got sit in here today every other time I came pack could not find seat even after waiting for so long so food was good even though had no flavor
