Bp - Newbridge

I washed my car here, used the car wash and the vacuum facilities...was happy till I got £100 ticket through as apparently I had been on the site too long! Disgusting and total robbery!

My 13 year old son went into buy some snacks around 11.45pm on Tuesday 26th April. He came back out and said the employee’s manner towards him didn’t seem right. My son was quite offended and upset. I have been in this petrol station many times having experienced a pleasant service. It a shame this one male employee didn’t see the importance of good manners towards customers especially children.

The station is in a good place and close to the highway. but when I ran on it to repair the wheel and it took more than 30 minutes while my wife was shopping with you. A week later I got a ticket to use a station parking space £100. Honestly, if you treat your customers this way, I advise against everyone using your services and your standards of customer service. Especially since you are close to the highway and provide 24/7 service and you should be more open for customers and good service. Apart a short BP information where I should call, all this ... from over 2 months no one has answered the given number and even replies to e-mails are evasive Terrible customer service!

Shop slow and busy. No social distancing, masks not worn. Forced to go in if you've already got petrol.

On 4/6/2020 I bought a phone charger on this station, unfortunately I lost the receipt that I need for my records. A few days later I went there asking for a copy. The cashier said to give him an email address and send me a copy. After two days, I still haven't received the email so I went again. The same cashier said he would send this time. Today is 8/9/2020 and so far I have not received a copy of the receipt.
