Papa John's Pizza - Newburgh

I used to eat Papa John's frequently in the past. Recently, I tried their regular custom pizza and found it to be quite bland. In comparison, I feel that Domino's and Pizza Hut offer better quality and are more affordable. Additionally, the cheesy breadsticks at Papa John's seemed to be just pizza dough in a different form.

The delivery drivers never seem to have change. The pizza I ordered cost 31, so I gave him 40. He said he only had 8 on him.

Not only would they not accept a coupon, I called the 800 number and was told the store would resolve the issue. It was not resolved. The food was not good, the service was not good, the hygiene was not good. The in store manager who assisted me hadthe worst case of nail fungus I had ever seen and should have been wearing gloves. I am disgusted with this store and the lackof service. Don't bother printing coupons that you refuse to honor.

I always place my order through the app and pick it up. The owner is always friendly to us. The food is always ready when they say it will be. Unfortunately, the owner is not responsible for poor delivery services, as it seems nobody wants to work or it's difficult to find help these days. It's tough times, but the food is always what you expect from Papa John's. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us by name and face.
