El Pollo Loco - Newbury Park

I absolutely adore her chicken and potatoes! It's the perfect little dinner just for me.

I was never treated so rudely because they were out of the drink I ordered and paid and asked for my money back. I got the manager who threw my money back after the first young lady in the window hit the window and bruised me. Then the manager put my food on me and hooked the bags outside my car, deeper than my window, every time. They also changed my order, so I had to ask for the rest of the meal all this because of the drink I wanted. Painful service!

Have you been to Pollo Loco for years? Your brand new filled beef brides was great. Great to-go food place in the middle of the day

Healthy, consistent and well priced. Not to the quality of Chipotle but this is fast food.
