Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill

I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant with a fantastic plant-based menu. The atmosphere is casual like a fast food joint, but the food was outstanding. The autumn flavors were exceptional.

The AJ burrito may not be mind-blowing, but it is definitely tasty. It's a good option when dining with friends and family who are not vegetarian.

This small chain has been offering vegan organic options for a while. We typically order the vegan tacos, bowls, or tostada, all made with organic beans and vegetables. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. I especially enjoy dining at all vegan restaurants, and although there are two nearby options, unfortunately, none are in Newbury Park. This restaurant is our go-to choice when we are in need of a delicious and healthy vegan meal in a hurry.

First timer here last week. yummy, great portions, for a good price

Yesterday my family and I went to enjoy our favorite nachos of sharky’s. Unfortunately, they are not what we expected because everything was cold. I approached the personal before my problem and they point to the manager “Israel”. he was very defensiw at the fixing, “he made the nachos and they were fresh.” I felt very embarrassing how he treated the situation before his 3 or 4 employees. he made me feel like I was a lousy when the afteros were badly done. After a minute or two, he finally asked if I wanted to make them new and I just told him what was no longer important to me. I've been manager in the restaurant business for many years and I've never spoken to a customer like that or defensiw when it's done. our task is to make the guests welcome and make sure they come back. we will no longer visit their location, and I very much suggest that they are managing on customer service and the “customer is always right”. even if they are wrong, I was not in this case because the next charge that came out was hot and fresh. Many thanks for their time, I just feel in this day and age, business suffer and I hope they would want to keep their customers happy for whatever it is worth. update : bob the franchise owner reached me immediately and was very friendly and took care of the situation because we give this location another chance! bob for your nice cake. wish you the best!
