Courtyard - Newburyport

One of my favorite places since childhood, I even skipped the school just to go to the courtyard with my friends. Every time I get home from Maine, I'll stop and get my Super Beef. You are the best! PLEADE BRING BEEFUGIS MAINE

Best Roast Beef Sandwich I had in a long time. 5 . Beyond Excellent!!! Highly Recommend if travelling through Newburyport Area. This Place is A Must Do!!!

The best bratwurst beef on the north bank! The seafood is also surprisingly good. The fisherman's platter can outshine some local seafood establishments.

We always visit this restaurant when we're in Newburyport. My husband grew up in the area, and we've had a mix of experiences here. During our last visit, the bratwurst wasn't great—it seemed to have changed—but today it was fantastic again! As for the super chicken I had today, it seemed a bit juicier than last time. Maybe it could use a touch more salt, pepper, or garlic powder, but with some mayo and ketchup, it was still very enjoyable. I also love their onion rings; the batter is just right—not too thick, allowing the onion to shine through.

The pizza by the slice is excellent. I've dined here a few times and tried the buffalo chicken sub on my first visit and the roast beef sub on my second. Both were fantastic! The roast beef was incredibly moist and tender. What really makes this place stand out are the crusts; they're extremely fresh.
