Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I go to this Braum’s on a somewhat occasional basis and order a plain bag of burgers every time and they somehow manage to screw this simple order up 7 out of 10 times.

Went through the drive thur and the only problem is it took 15 ish minutes in the drive thur

Quality food and dairy products, friendly staff, and quick service.

Sa in the drive thru and did not move for 15 minutes. there was no one in order. I was in register for 10 minutes before someone told me something. After I finally ordered, I waited for 20 minutes to eat. these are the slowest boobs I've ever seen. it doesn't matter that nobody cares about anything. there are 5 people working on ice and no one works food!

This location has really been struggling with their serve time. The last 3 times we have come here the wait has been a minimum 20 minutes through the drive thru. Keep in mind all 3 occasions were purely for ice cream orders. One visit we waited almost 40 minutes. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant for a full meal ar that pace. Heck I was almost at the point I was going to use a calendar to time them it was taking so long.Other than the excessive wait, the food is average at best. That can be said of Braums in general. On occasion I'll find myself eating it but I don't think to myself that it's really worth a return. The ice cream is the saving grace.
