Caffe Nero - Newcastle upon Tyne

Great coffee and eat, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the load was left. the upper sides of the wooden counters were covered with dust and due to only two workers and long queues, the number of unclean tables quickly went up.

Big caffe in the subway center, lots of space and good coffee.

Be sure to double-check your drink before accepting it. I ordered a non-dairy iced latte, but it was initially made with dairy milk. On the second attempt, it was served without ice. However, once I finally got the drink right, it tasted great!

I received a complimentary hot drink with my priority order, which I wasn't expecting. It was a lovely surprise! The place is clean, tidy, and cozy. They offer a wide variety of drink options, and the staff is friendly and helpful. To top it all off, the hot chocolate was absolutely delightful. I'm really glad I took advantage of this experience, and I would happily pay full price when I return. There aren't many places like this where I live.

I really enjoyed the coffee and brownie. They also offer a loyalty card!
