I encountered a rude waiter wearing a mask who was very arrogant while serving a customer before me. I'm relieved I didn't end up being served by him.

My friend and I had an issuewith2 pasties., we were on our way home., so I called in next day.. I’d said we had not 100% products…. Supervisors came to my rescue….. I got my lunch free. Very very good service

We used this place for lunch during our stay in Newcastle. They offer sandwiches, salads, and drinks. It's more like a cafe similar to Tully's or Bellachef than Starbucks.

Greggs is an excellent bakery. As a Geordie living down south, I love their mince beef and onion pies and stottie cakes, which are not available in Greggs stores here. Every time I visit home, I make sure to order them to bring back with me. The products are delicious and mouth-watering. Greggs truly excels in baking. If you're looking for delicious and tasty baked goods, Greggs is the place to go.
