3 staff while there's a queue. Two staring at the till doing nothing while one bloke non-verbally takes orders. Incredible levels of poor work rate.
This branch of the restaurant had the worst experience. They did not provide cutlery for customers to eat their food.
I used to wonder how restaurants and food chains handle dishwashing, whether it's done properly or not. Today, all my doubts disappeared when I saw a girl doing dishes at this store today at around 1, she was doing it so thoroughly, scrubbing and rinsing them. I must say, I felt relieved. When I spoke to her, I learned that she doesn’t work at that store but at another one. I forgot to ask her name, but I'll just call her the Bandana Girl. Just wanted to appreciate her
It's actually crazy how bad this store is. The staff are total zombies, they will give you the wrong bread, put on the wrong sauce and then act annoyed when you want it corrected. They make a habit of sending a member of staff out on a break over the lunch rush meaning there is usually only one person serving at the busiest times. The staff just sit and chat in back of house, clearly visible to the enormous queue waiting to order. I've never seen anything like it.
