Domino's Pizza - NEWCASTLE WEST

This branch recently moved to a corner position in the Woolworths Mall in the Belmont CBD. Following a 45 minute wait at a rival Pizza franchise, I started visiting Belmont Domino's. We eat pizza about once per week and this store is very impressive. I ring for a pickup and immediately drive to the shop which is about 2.5 kms away. Almost every occasion it is ready for pickup when I arrive. On a few occasions I have waited only 3 or 4 minutes. Clearly the Asian owner/ boss has a remarkably reliable team and a sound record for prompt service.

Next door to "Nightclub" so sat in the car with family while our order was being cooked. Wouldn't want to be waiting around there on my own. Were not told by staff that there was a special on and we could have saved money had we known!

Consistently good across the country. Efficient ordering and tasty food. Wish I bought shares in the company ages ago!!!

After the app stated 30 minutes wait time, hungry 12 year old boys had to wait over an hour. When I phoned to enquire, the staff member wasn't too sure what stage the pizzas were at or when they were being delivered.

After a terrible experience at Il Grifone where we walked out after nearly two hours without any food, we passed this Domino. We had a tired fractious 11 year old who needed food. They had just closed, but when I explained the situation the staff stayed on to prepare three pizza for us. What stars they were. If you are passing and looking for a take out, support this establishment as they deserve it. Great pizza too!
