Bidra med feedbackIt was snowing, so Starbucks was not busy! Only one older person sitting there inside at 7:45am. I came in with all good intent and a personal cup because I care about the environment. Not only was I criticized for using it the staff was rude. Putting not effort into my order. No label no name, no smile, all because of the way I ordered.

I usually get good service from this location and most of the time I have no complaints but always check your transactions after paying with a card, I went in today and was told my total was 7.14 the cashier took my card through the window And I noticed her pushing multiple buttons on the car reader and 98% of the times they reach the card reader and you insert your own card and have the option to tip, so I was a little uncomfortable when they took my card because the last time my card was taken inside to be charged a few days later my card was hacked and I had multiple fraudulent charges so I'm a little more cautious now, any how when I pulled off and checked my bank app I was charged 15.33 I went back in and the manager was horrible and basically told me she couldn't help me I had to give back my drink in order to get half of my money back, I had to contact corporate to get it resolved, the general manager was amazing and handled it great! It's not all bad but just be careful when paying with a card
Waited 30 minutes for them to make 3 drinks. They had one girl making drinks for the drive thru, mobile and cafe. They messed up the matcha twice first time they made it hot and the seconded time they forgot oat milk. Payed 20 dollars for this! Outrages! Never coming here
