Redneck Gourmet - Newnan

First time there, but probably last. Not what I expected, it 's like a diner I guess. Very casual, kids welcome, u place ur order at counter but woman at register couldn 't tell u prices that 's strange). Get there bf 5:30 bc then apparently the rush begins by 7 it has alot of people. Food was not bad except they offer specials but then can 't fill them even when u arrive bf rush). I guess there isn 't any competition in Newnan.

This is the second time I've been here, the first time being years ago. I will say they're consistent. I didn't care for it then and didn't care for it now. The menu is pretty big and lots to choose from, so maybe I just didn't get the right things either time. However, my son and husband didn't care for it, either.

It was a bit shocking to see only kids running the entire business from order taking and cooking, but they did a great job, so there was no problem.

Lunch supposed to be within an hour lunch time.waited 37 min. Takes too long and they suggested we get it to go!! Won't be coming back for lunch unless I retire and have nothing else to do.

Great spot but a little pricey in my opinion. Most places $12-15 will get you your main entree and fries, but fries weren’t included here. It wasn’t the end of the world and the portions weren’t bad. Food was good, but I guess I expect $12-15 to have something included other than the burger, hot dog, etc…
