Steak 'n Shake - Newnan

I had no burger in a past, so I decided to get steak’nshake, as I wanted a chocolate milkshake. I was a little disappointed at the burger. I ordered the double-burger with the caramelized wobble. I asked for crispy speck and additional pickles and swirling. I have a burger without the extra crunchy speck, without extra pickel. I wondered why my bill was $15.37. when I came home and opened the bag, I had my fries and tweebel rings, a double-burger and a single burger and my milkshake . Both burgers looked like they had been sitting in a box for a few time. they just threw up some wobbles. of course I was not satisfied. I gave this rating 3 stars because the shake was perfect and so were the pommes.

Terrible. We thought that we would enjoy our meal at steak 'n shake since it had been so long since we ate there. We wanted to go there remembering our old times that we had there but it was a terrible experience for us all. We all stated that we would never come to this establishment again. We had to wait in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes. We could have went to McDonald 's and got a heck of a lot quicker service and better service at McDonald 's. The cashier appeared to have an attitude and not know the menu. We will never eat at this Steak 'n Shake again.

Delivery was bad, the cook. Not the deliverer. Over cooked the bun and sent it anyway (prob bc it was delivery)

Want a good old fashioned hamburger and fries? You can't do much better than this place. My only criticism is the pricing for the side orders of bacon it's a dollar for each piece and they're pretty small, thin pieces. My son eats 6 pieces as part of his breakfast and his costs more than my wife and I combined. We'll still come back but maybe take a look at the food cost on your bacon?
