Ben Jerry's - Newport

A bit overpriced but all in all very good. Also really respect the move away from plastic straws and spoons with the use of paper and wooden ones, good job!

Pretty rude employee which was surprising since everyone else is so friendly.

The ice is great and the staff is friendly, but I've had issues with the cups and cones. More than half the time when I order ice or a milkshake, the staff gives me containers that spill all over before I even make it out of the store. It's frustrating and it's gotten on my clothes.

I typically favor local ice cream shops, but in Newport, the quality can be inconsistent. However, Ben & Jerry's at the Wharf provides a dependable experience and boasts some fantastic flavors. It's conveniently situated, and the staff is patient while you contemplate your choices. The Coconut Seven Layer Cake flavor is particularly enjoyable.
