Jimmy John's - Newport Beach

If i could id give zero stars. Refused service because no mask and store was filthy 5 employees can tell me theg can't serve me a coke because of my mask od lack of mask attire and not one of them can sweep the floor. Yeah good job brainiacs i wonder whois gunna get sick first. Fyi 15yrs experience of being non sick here i think i know whats best for my body thankyou.

Second time ordering delivery from here and it?s as great as always! Got here at exactly the time I placed it for and driver as very nice. Don?t order out a lot, but Jimmy John?s has some great sandwiches

Me and another customer had to literally yell for someone to come out. They were just hiding around the corner but we stood there for a while, as we called out before they showed up. They fake smiled at us and filled the order. Fortunately someone came in from break a moment later and got our sandwiches. Never again. Y'all need to pay them better.

Staff isn't very welcoming here not sure if it's the customers or what ? I asked for a turkey sandwich with works and got the saddest sandwich it's looks awful .

Outstanding customer service from Christie. She helped me get my coupon from my app. The food is very good as well! Very fast service.
