Sugar 'n Spice - Newport Beach

Hands down best Balboa Bar on the island. Better quality ice cream and chocolate than the Dads ice Cream Bar.

I forgot how good a Balboa bar was. We all tried something different, I really liked mine, vanilla ice cream, chocolate dip with an Oreo half dip. Back again today and again so so good. Good thing I don't live close by or I would be eating here too often

We got the chocolate dipped banana with everything, divine!

This place is not only the best banana on the island….they take the time to hire the best employees. There is one employee that is off the charts in customer service skills. CADEN, he was handling the line both times I met him. So kind, patient and incredibly sweet and funny. What a gem..

Best spot for treats on Balboa Island. We always make it a point to stop by when we are visiting Newport Beach. Our favorite treat is the ice cream cookie sandwich (absolutely huge and spectacularly delicious).
