This is the sorriest mcdonald's I've been to. Tonight they got our order wrong and even forgot toys in the kids meals. This is not the first time but it is the last. The employees do not have manners to deal with the public. However, the breakfast crew seems to be on point. I have not had a problem with breakfast
I go every morning downtown Newport News. I live in Hampton . I go the extra mile to get the best service. The frappe's are the best downtown Newport News. All the employees are very kind and helpful. This store is my definitely favorite breakfast on the go stop!! The manager there are the best!!
Today was good drive thru was moving gd? Service was awsome in Drive thru. Getting my food was awsome my frappuccino mocha was the BEST BEST REALLY GOOD!!!! I THINK THEY SHOULD MAKE IT EVERY WHERE!!!!!! The best frappuccino mocha from ANY MCDONALD'S IN MY LIFE!! Blended real good!!???????? Thank you
