Bidra med feedbackThe woman taking orders and distributing food at the drive-thru appeared to be either in a bad mood or not interested in working that day. She was not at all pleasant and did not provide a receipt for my purchase. I was not asked if I wanted any sauce and the hard taco I received was messy and slightly broken. The one I had received during my previous visit was also soggy and broken.
The cashier was rude. I came to order a taco and she seemed annoyed when I was looking at the menu. It got even worse at the counter because she couldn't hear me well through her mask. When I gave my order, she seemed flustered and I could barely make out what she was saying. She became even more agitated when I asked her to repeat herself.
I ordered 3 tacos and 2 pieces of chicken combo at this restaurant, but neither dish tasted as good as I remembered. Am I the only one who feels this way?
I'm going downhill. after the last experience I am ready to continue to drive to another. the customer service is not available. I understand that every short person is, but ****. next level rude.
Hit or miss. Last time through I asked about using Samsung pay because I forgot my wallet and they claimed they don't take it. I decided to come in and show them they did and they did not seem to appreciate me informing them that in the future they could tell people yes to that question.
