Wawa - Newport News

I have the best Wawa Cappuccino I've ever had. I didn't catch his name. He was an elderly man who made the frozen coffee. To it from the cashier I also didn't get a name, was extremely friendly and quite funny. Honestly, the whole experience is really made for a big morning.

We stopped here mainly to get some drinks but got some gas as well. Great coffee and delicious milkshakes. Clean restrooms, overall a nice place for a gas station/food mart.

I recently losted my grandma and i have been depressed,for a long time. I have heart failure and its been a strugglr trying to survive. A while back someone pulled a gun on me at work and i have been depressed and upset. Today i walked into wawa to get lunch and the place was clean,the staff was friendly. I was having a bad day and all of a sudden an employee said its customer appreciation day and i was given a gift card,i cried ,noone ever gives me anything. I want to thank the employee for putting a smile on my face,wawa appreciates us. I was feeling depressed,now im happy again. One act of kindness can change a life and the young lady who gave me the card changed my life today,now it wasnt about the money,its about feeling appreciated. I appreciate everyone at the store. They could have chosen anyone but they picked me,the employee smiled and said thank you for being our customer. Thank you so much !! My life has been changed

I love this Wawa! The employees are super nice. I love my hot chocolate guy, I believe his name is Bobby. He's so sweet and my hot chocolate is always perfect. The ladies that make the sandwiches are very courteous and respectful. I have also dealt with the cashiers for my fuel the ladies are very lovely courteous and respectful as well. Keep up the excellent work. Just one thing I'm sorry, the kiosk for ordering food need to get wiped clean. Other than that I LOVE MY WAWA. GOD BLESS YOU ALL THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS WAWA TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I love the subs and everyone is very nice . Had to give a 3 because my sandwich was not made the way I ordered. Did not the pickles or hot peppers on it. And just wish you could redeem your rewards through the app when ordering something so you don?t have to get in line to get the discount.
